Mads Perch
Although Mads Perch is a photographer and is not directly related to music, I feel as though her photos would definitely suit the alt rock genre. This also enables me to experiment with the projector more which will allow me to gain the most from it. The photos produced display a clear message and appeal to a broad demographic which is something I am to accomplish in my digipak.
Arnold Newman
Pairing Mads Perch's photography with elements of Arnold Newman's photography will allow me to adapt the photography to a style which will better illustrate the songs genre. This is because Arnold focuses on black and white portraiture. When completing my research one of the key conventions of he indie rock genre was the use of a black and white colour scheme. Therefore, it would work really well to appeal to the target demographic of the alt rock genre.
